1. Do you provide samples？
Yes, It is our pleasure to send you our stock samples, for stock samples , we will arrange to send out in 1-3 days.
2. What’s your MOQ?
Cashmere stock products do not have MOQ, customization requires 30pcs per color per style.
Outdoor stock products also do not have MOQ, but customization needs to be determined based on specific product requirements, usually at 50pcs++
3. Can I Customize logo?
Yes, we can add your logo on products and packaging, also we accept ODM orders.
4. What’s your Payment terms?
For the sample, we can accept PayPal. For mass production, we accept TT (30% deposit & 70% balance before shipment)
5. What's your warranty policy?
We provide 12-Months warranty on all of our products, which means during the warranty period, we’ll repair the defective items or other solutions if with quality problems.
6. How long for the mass production?
20-50 days depends on the product materials and the order quantity.
